    If your candle arrives damaged, please email us at landdfragrance@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging within 1-2 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
  • How can I make my candle last longer?
    To maximize your candle’s lifespan: Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. Let the wax pool reach the edges of the container during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Are your candles safe for pets and children?
    While our candles are made with non-toxic materials, we recommend keeping them out of reach of pets and children and using them in well-ventilated areas.
